The story
How do you showcase the lesser-known aspects of police work to potential recruits? We translated authentic narratives from active police officers into an interactive mobile game installation, built as an escape game for eight participants over ten minutes.
The format lets potential recruits engage with police work experientially, in a controlled and entertaining environment, and decide for themselves whether the career suits them. Built outdoors and mobile, it gave Antwerp Police a pandemic-proof recruitment tool deployable across the country without in-person gatherings.
