The story
When an online bank needs a physical manifestation to attract new clients, how do you set it up? Hello bank had no offices and a young target audience, and wanted a temporary pop-up to build an offline identity. Trendwolves led strategy and ideation; Bump took spatial branding — how to furnish the space most strikingly, and how to present the hi-tech applications inside a fitting interior.
Antwerp's Meir pop-up ran a nine-metre wooden info desk with interactive touchscreens, a green wall of succulents, a gadget corner, a Coffeelabs bar with built-in charging tablets, and a Tomorrowland stand with a working DJ booth. Brussels introduced a custom round interactive table as centrepiece — a plexi tabletop working as a digital screen across four compartments, driven by hand-wave sensors — alongside a digital fitness corner and face morphing device. Liège reprised the table and added a ceiling-high white metal rack, an inner garden, and a music swing that plays notes based on how you ride it. The Brussels space alone drew 50,000 visitors in six months.
